How can someone join GREENPRO?
Membership is by nomination from an existing member, not by direct application. The Membership Committee evaluates each nomination, which is then shared with the membership for feedback. Afterward, the Board reviews and approves the nominees. Once approved, the nominee is invited to join and, upon acceptance, pays the Membership Fee before being formally inducted.
What is the membership profile of GREENPRO?
Members are meticulously selected based on their extensive work experience and recognition in their fields, ideally with at least twenty years of in-depth experience in the property industry or related sectors. As of 2024, the average age of members is 42 years. Most businesses are concentrated in Luzon, with a significant number located in the National Capital Region.
What sets GREENPRO apart from other real estate associations in the Philippines?
GREENPRO is envisioned as “the association of professionals and practitioners in the Philippine property industry, collectively representing a comprehensive range of backgrounds and expertise, from project conceptualization to property management.” Its members cover key sectors of the local property industry — residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, and hospitality — as well as related businesses, bringing a diverse array of professions and experiences.
Designed as an exclusive group, GREENPRO fosters dynamic idea exchange, active networking, and strong fellowship.
